Judging
System
This version will integrate the voting system of
previous contests. The people attending
the awards ceremony will vote; and there will be a panel of professional
filmmakers (5 to 8 juries), whose votes will count for 40% of the decision, and
who will grade according to the different technical aspects of filmmaking.
Fee
The fee for each film submitted is RMB 250 (overseas
applicants see below). The fee has to
be paid when the director or producer signs up, and is independent of the number
of members in the team.
Team members can participate in other films submitted
to the contest, and a director/producer can submit more than one film.
The subscription fee does not include the ticket for
the Awards Ceremony. More information
about this will be given later, but it's going to be an All-you-can-eat,
All-you-drink in a fantastic venue: the Shanghai Vegas Theatre!
