Here is an introduction of who they are:
We are a group for independent production companies. IPAC provides a platform for producers to collaborate as well as incubate ideas to prepare them for investment and/or execution. On one side they can connect with the writers and idea people that can dream up the finest productions, as well as on the other side to connect with financiers and distributors interested in those productions to make them into reality.
IPAC encourages creativity and passion in its members to create the best possible productions for both local and international audiences. Sometimes it is difficult for the independent voice to be heard, but we provide a way for the best ideas to be heard. IPAC wants to support the production of Film and TV in China and therefore supports China’s Film and TV industry.
For investors, and Large Government/Corporate Production companies:
IPAC allows the best ideas and producers to come to the forefront. The IPAC board constantly reviews the best production proposals and ideas to pick the most profitable and sustainable ones to investors. Regular events are held where the best projects are put forward, making sure the best are always given a chance to shine.
Production HR:
IPAC can act as an HR source for all the people needed in making and production become a reality. For actors, and other talent, crew and administrative staff, IPAC provides a database of everyone you need.
